Baby Hahn is a...

GIRL! Oh what a wonderful day we had! It was full of excitement, waiting, anxiousness, smiles, laughs, disbelief and just pure joy! We are so pleased to know we will be welcoming a little girl this January!  The appointment went very well.  She is exaclty where she should be with her measurments, and they say she is approximately 1/2 pound.  The valves to the heart looked great, she was registering in at 136 beats per minute and we were even able to see the blood flow to the umbelical cord, that was pretty neat.  We had a follow up with Dr. McCarron afterwards, and Mom is doing well too! 

The ultrasound tech liked this one because it looks like she is smiling! 

I love how we can really see the definition of her neck & shoulders.

I first started feeling movement at 17 weeks, but since then I have noticed it a lot more.   She is currently breech, which is fine until later on when they of course want her to turn.  This is a normal position for her to be in right now, but this explains why I have been feeling her movments lower in my abdomen.  She is using those beautiful feet to let me know she is snug inside!  I am so ready for Brandon to be able to feel from the outside!  He should be able to in the next few weeks!

She liked to have her hands in front of her face, and at one moment it looked as though she was sucking her wrist!  The top picture shows it best!  Pretty amazing! (click to enlarge)

It's a GIRL...

This day has marked a very monumental turn in our pregnancy, it was the moment we had looked forward to since we learned we were pregnant.  It now allows us the chance to visalize and prepare for the arrival of our daughter, a moment that is hard to describe.  What a beautiful moment in life, a moment that can never be taken away!  Thank you God for the chance to view the miracle you have created for us!
