Crib

Today Brandon made a pot of chili, I touched up the trim while he cleaned the wood floors and together we assembled the crib!  What a wonderful day, we had been looking so forward to doing this together and the process went very easy, not even one cuss word was used!

Saturday we ordered her dresser from a small store in Vinton, it should be delivered in 2 weeks.  I haven't heard a recent status update on her bedding, but we expect that to be here before the dresser, that will be exciting!  In 2 weeks we leave to Galena, and while there we should be able to make a fabric decision on her chair, and then all of the big items will be already in her room or on their way.  It is all coming together, we have a few things to put up on the wall, but will wait until all the furniture arrives.  I think we walk in her room about 10 times a day just to "visualize," we are pleased with the wall color too, when the sunlight comes in it is so bright, yet at night is feels very warm.  I will give you updates as the room progresses!
