SNOW DAY

Oh, the weather outside is frightful...what a great unexpected snow day, and we are enjoying every moment!  It is just beautiful outside, and we are just fine with being stranded for a day or so.  Brandon didn't waste much time this morning, he was excited to jump right in and play!

KJ loves to be outside with Dad, he follows him around everywhere!

We took a little drive around town, and I sure am glad we didn't have to go any further.  The drifts and wind were causing some major damage, and the visibility was at times were very limited. 

Just as we were leaving the driveway, the mail man pulled in with a package for us...our monitor arrived!  He said today is the first time in 20 years they have not received US mail.  He was actually just out helping with the UPS deliveries, pretty crazy how nasty it was outside.  We were excited to get home and hook up the new monitor.  It was something we certianly splurged on, but like Brandon says, she will have it in her room until she is 18! 

The house inside is sure feeling cozy, the warm feeling of Christmas has arrived!

Little Miss has her own little pink tree, it is just adorable.

Daddy assembled her swing, and right now we are officially set for her arrival.  I am still on the hunt for a few items for her walls, but I think that can come in time.
